Investor Nation™'s Balanced Investment Strategy is for investors who want both positive cash flow and the advantages of a modest appreciation of home value. Investors keep these homes for 3-7 years, and they can purchase these homes for as little as $5,000 in cash. The homes are in the mid price range ($65,000-125,000), so the investors have 20% or more of equity in the home when they first purchase it. Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, and Memphis, TN, offer homes in this investment strategy.

This strategy is not for investors whose only objective is cash flow or appreciation. Also, the homes may need renovations. The homes are highly attractive to renters because they offer affordable rents and have amenities such as covered car storage.
